His journey began not in boardrooms, but on the ground — quite literally. At the young age of 15, in the year 1974, he stepped into the world of infrastructure by contributing to some of Central India’s most prestigious civil engineering projects, including the Bargi Dam and major power plant developments of the time. These early experiences laid the foundation for his deep understanding of land, scale, and structural integrity.
